Measuring is knowing. The objective is to provide accurate and complete financial information available to controllable and independent of place, person and time, assuming a high degree of automation and minimizing paper flow. All this to quickly react to the market.
As a Financial manager, I am responsible for the financial issues within I-FourC. Besides that I am involved in HR related issues.
