As manager Infrastucture and ICT I am responsible for the technical design of our infrastructure of the SaaS platform. Everything has to keep running 24x7, so that we and our customers always have access to information. I'm also responsible for an efficient support staff and up to date documentation for our clients and project managers, both are important because of the ambition to go abroad. Also I am part of the Product Development Team and am partly responsible for the SAAS products we make.
