I am responsible for a part of the administration and sales support. Furthermore, I am busy with the invoicing and proposals, helpdesk 1st line, descriptions and help files for our software. Besides these tasks, I also work to maintain our ISO certficering, which means that I supervise quality matters in our organization including Risk Assessment and Evaluation monitor.
