I-FourC offers customers the features of Virtual Printer. This is software with a user interface and API that resemble a printer driver, but which is not actually connected to a physical printer. Virtual Printer can be used to 'print' every application or file. Not by physically printing on paper, but by saving the information digitally on as a pdf. You can then place the pdf in the virtual archive or file. Once saved, the pdf can be opened and viewed immediately and/or sent elsewhere. Virtual Printer does away with using paper, and represents significant savings.
