Today we are once again celebrating World Paper Free Day (#WPFD)! A day in which we take some extra time to think about a paperless workplace.

Work without paper for a day, today on November 6, 2015! This initiative has been launched to reduce paper consumption. AIIM’s research indicates that less paper in our processes yields massive benefits in efficiency, collaboration and welfare. “It is almost impossible to think that in 2015, so many people still hold tight to using paper,” says John Mancini, Information Professional at AIIM. Much better and more efficient options are available these days, with more and more technology dedicated to reducing paper. AIIM shows with its research that paper consumption is not just expensive, but it also hinders business processes. By digitising paper information, companies can quickly and efficiently serve their customers, facilitate collaborations, improve access to information with a team and increase overall productivity levels. Participate in World Paper Free Day and take the step to a paperless workplace!
